This is where the transformative change happens!  We’ll work together to define your wellness goals and develop tools and tactics to achieve results.  You’ll learn how to truly nourish your body and feel empowered to take control of your health.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means I look at how all areas of your life are connected.  Does stress at work or in a relationship cause you to make poor food choices?  Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?  As we work together, we’ll look at how all parts of your life affect your health, and how we can develop a comprehensive action plan to get you back on track.  You’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food, herbs, and lifestyle choices that work best for you, and how to implement lasting changes to improve your energy, balance, and health.  Here’s what other clients have to say about our work together.
